Tea Leaf Readings
Tea leaf readings, or tasseography, is a method of fortune telling that interprets the patterns of tea leaves left at the bottom of a tea cup. It dates back thousands of years, during which time, many symbols have emerged which are significant in tea leaf readings. Tasseography is very popular with people who fear tarot cards or crystal balls, as there is nothing sinister about a cup of tea.
The client will spend about 15 minutes drinking the cup of tea, which allows enough time for their thoughts, feelings and mental patterns to invigorate the tea leaves. They will then hand the cup over to the reader for interpretation. Tea leaf readings can focus on your past, present or future, depending on where the tea leaves fall in the cup. The tasseographer will start with a general reading and then the client will ask specific questions to clarify areas of confusion in his life.
